Ballooning is the first form of flight found in man and is an activity safely enjoyed by thousands of people of all ages around the world.
In our country, the organization that regulates aviation, in general, and balloon flights, in particular, is AESA-State Agency for Aviation Safety. These regulations set requirements for pilot training and aircraft safety inspections.
In addition, the regulation states that:
- Aerial work companies must have an Operations Manual, approved by EASA, which reflects the company's managers, pilots and their qualifications, assistants and their qualifications, aircraft revisions, flight planning, safety procedures and training of the company's personnel.
- All hot air balloons operated in the country, particularly those used for passenger transport, must be checked by an authorized center annually or every 50 hours of flight.
- A pilot's training includes safety and emergency procedures that must be sufficiently demonstrated at the time of licensing.
- In addition, every year, all pilots must be subjected to competence checks at the command of a hot air balloon.
- All aircraft are required to have an insurance policy with coverage for third party non-occupants and third party occupants in accordance with the Air Navigation Law.

General tips
Dress comfortably and warmly depending on the time of the year
No smoking
Heeled shoes are prohibited.
Flying pregnant is prohibited.
Swollen
During inflation, DO NOT stand behind the fan.
Landing instructions
Stand facing away from the flight path, hands inside the basket, bend your knees and rest your back on the basket.
